Dr. Peter is an accomplished Optometrist with extensive experience in the eye care field working  in Yorkville since 2007. With a passion for helping people achieve optimal vision and eye health, Dr. Peter has dedicated his career to providing exceptional eye care services to patients of all ages.

Dr. Peter pursued his Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of Waterloo School of Optometry graduating with Dean’s Honours List . During his time in optometry school, he excelled academically and developed a strong foundation in diagnosing and treating various eye conditions.  He completed an internship in primary care in Guelph and a disease and therapeutic internship alongside Ophthalmologists in Atlanta, Georgia. Dr. Peter is a licensed optometrist and an active member of professional organizations such as the Canadian Association of Optometrists,  the Ontario Association of Optometrists, and the College of Optometrists of Ontario.  

Beyond his  clinical practice, Dr. Peter has contributed to the field of optometry through glaucoma research and as a clinical investigator for contact lenses.   He has spent time as a lab instructor in Binocular Vision and as an instructor and evaluator for the Optometric Bridging Program at the University of Waterloo.  When not practicing optometry, Dr. Peter is an avid adventurer.  He likes to explore cultural events in the city and venture into the great outdoors.   Majority of his time is spent travelling exploring the world experiencing different cultures and traditions.  When not travelling Dr. Peter likes cycling, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
